PA Housing is a passionate organisation made up of dedicated people who are committed to providing affordable homes and great services.
As well as supporting our residents and our neighbourhoods, we're also committed to helping create thriving communities. So, supported by our values and Our Corporate Plan, this often extends beyond the boundaries of our homes and allows us to give back where we can.
Our values
We’re defined by our actions, and our values help to define how we treat people, our behaviours, and our level of services.
Deliver
We do the right thing.
We keep our promises.
We see things through to the end.
If we get something wrong, we will say sorry and we will resolve it.
One Team
We make a positive difference to our residents’ lives.
We are one team; we play our part and support each other for the benefit of our residents.
Our colleagues will be supported to be the best they can be.
Respect
We listen and learn.
We treat people fairly, with respect and integrity.
We listen to understand, not just listen to respond.
Partnering with Stand4 Socks
We've partnered with Stand4 Socks and have given a pair to every colleague at PA. This isn't just so their feet look fancy, it's because for every pair we buy, Stand4 Socks will donate a pair of warm, antibacterial socks to a homeless and vulnerable person in need.

Donating laptops to local schools
Pupils at a Leicester primary school have benefitted from more than 30 devices donated by PA Housing.
We delivered 24 laptops and 9 iPads to Cosby Primary School, to help children struggling to access online home learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.
When schools closed their doors to all but the most vulnerable children, Ofcom estimated that between 1.1 million and 1.8 million children would not have access to a laptop, desktop, or tablet at home. We wanted to help!
Six PA colleagues raise over £2,200 for homeless charity
Champions in sleeping bags! On Tuesday 16 May, six PA Housing colleagues gave up their beds to brave the cold, pitch-side concrete of Leicester City's King Power Stadium for the night.
They did so as part of the first Sleep Easy event organised by YMCA Leicestershire, who do incredible work providing safe accommodation for homeless people aged between 16 and 25 in the local area. The charity also run skill sessions to support these young people to move forward with their lives.
