Screening
- One of our recruiters will get in contact with you to discuss the position, briefly talk about your motivation for the job and possibly schedule a first interview.
First Interview
- In the first interview you will meet your potential new manager and either one of the team leaders or one of our recruitment team. Together you will do a deep dive into your working experience.
- This interview also gives you the possibility to get an idea of the vacant position and ask any questions you might have.
Second Interview
- Not all posts will require a second interview, but if required this is another opportunity to meet with the hiring manager and give you a further opportunity to go through the last few niggles or any questions you may have.
Job Offer
- If successful, the recruitment team will contact you with the job offer and start your onboarding - but don't panic, we'll support your throughout the process.
