You can make all your routine contacts with us electronically, at any time and from any internet-enabled device, and you won’t be tied to using our Customer Contact Centre through our award-wining customer portal. My PA is a great way of managing your home online without the need to call us, at any time, from anywhere, and in any language that best suits you.

However, if further support is needed, we also have a digital support team dedicated to supporting you with all things digital.
My PA offers you:

- The ability to make payments and view your balance statements from anywhere, at any time.

- The diagnosis and reporting of repairs with ease, as well as the chance to book your own repairs appointments.
- Speedy repairs - Repairs work reported via My PA is completed an average of … days earlier than repairs work reported via our customer contact centre.
- A way to communicate with us directly, reporting issues with ASB, grounds maintenance or complaints.
- The ability to update any of your personal information as and when it changes.
- A number of other useful features, which will grow as development progresses.

- Your Payment Reference Number: This will be printed on the top of your yearly statement, or on your PayPoint card if you own one. If you can’t locate your payment reference number, please call us on 0300 123 222 or contact the digital support team.
- A valid email address: Once you have registered successfully, you will receive an email with a link to verify your account. This needs to be activated within 24 hours. Once you have verified your account you will be able to log in with the details you created.

Digital Engagement Officer, Matt Teagle
My passion for customer service started when I worked at the Central England Co-Operative, building relationships with customers each day as we battled through the pandemic. I began to recognise the importance of my role and the difference that I could make to the people of the local community. I was promoted into the management team and loved the responsibility that I had to ensure that we looked after our community, providing them with the support that they needed day to day, even if that was just a simple conversation or helping them with something completely unrelated to retail.
My role at PA Housing allows me to embrace this passion for inspiring positive change through customer service throughout our communities. I studied Media and Film at University and now have the opportunity to combine this passion with my passion for people and make a difference on an even bigger scale.
In my time here so far, I have met some incredible residents, who have really inspired me and made me proud of the work that I do. There’s nothing better than seeing the impact that you can have through supporting people and empowering them with the knowledge, skills and support so that they can confidently use My PA and other digital tools, gaining more independence when it comes to taking control of their home. I can’t wait to see where the future takes us as we work as one team to continuously develop My PA, I’m sure we can achieve great things.
